How can we manage anger and transform it to use our energy in more positive ways? This course is an opportunity to explore the underlying causes of anger, the effects of anger on our well-being and on our relationships, practical solutions for healing the wounds and learning to live in peace again.
Anger can be both destructive and debilitating. Its effects can be felt in the body for up to eight hours and, in relationships, perhaps for many years. The results can be pain, regret and disempowerment. Anger has many subtle faces which influence our behaviour and our relationships.
During this two-part course you will learn how to:
- understand the anger process
- realise the power of your thoughts in dealing with anger
- learn how to let go of inner pain
- discover the spiritual laws underlying anger
- develop a range of practical tools to live a more peaceful life
